Be Still & Grow

A mental health Practice for Healthy Hearts, Minds and Bodies.

Meet Stephanie

Stephanie Husk, LCSW

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Welcome to Be Still and Grow! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a telehealth practice in the state of Oregon. I have been serving individuals and families since 1992 and I currently offer mental health counseling to adults who are seeking healing and growth in their life.

Over the years, I have realized that in order for people to reach their mental health goals, a multi-faceted approach is needed. I offer mental health services that may include talk therapy, body work, psycho education, spiritual support, and nutritional guidance. I value collaborating with my clients to develop a treatment plan that fits their needs.

I applaud you for exploring mental health resources. It takes a tremendous amount of courage to admit that you need help and to ask for support. May this be the beginning of a significant and meaningful journey for you.

If you are interested in finding out more about counseling services, please give me a call at

The call to stillness comes quietly, the modern world does not.

Need Help Managing Stress?

Find out how just breathing a little each day could start helping you on your journey to relieve stress in your life.

"Peace comes when we have the courage to fiercely face the feelings in our heart. No more running. You’ve got to feel it to heal it. Then and only then can you move forward in your fullest expression."

Ashley Johns

"Always choosing peace rather than the need to be right reduces tension. Besides, being right is a matter of perspective. Being peaceful is simply a choice."

Karen Casey

"PEACE: It does not mean to be in a place where there is no noise, trouble or hard work. It means to be in the midst of those things and still be calm in your heart."

"God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can and the wisdom to know the difference."
